The great location was within walking distance of Obertor. All the staffs were welcoming and nice.

Booked a room on a lower level. Peaceful location to attractions like Bernina Express, that was only a short distance to the hotel.

We got a room with a bathtub. Central heating and a TV set were available here too. The service offered was very good.

The property was charming little and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The employees were very amiable and excellent. Its location was central, 200 metres from Old Town Chur.

The breakfast they served was fairly basic, hope one day it will be much better.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was amazing. The location was the best and peaceful, for example, Welschdorfli was at a walking distance from the hotel...

Simple place with very very nice staff, everything was good. Beautiful, perfect room with very good breakfast, a private shower and an extra bed.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating and a multi-channel TV inside the room. It had very central location close to a year-round aerial cableway.

This hotel in the heart of the old city exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with the charming old streets of the pedestrian area right at our doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well equipped and had a lovely scent from the Arvenholz furniture. The breakfast included a variety of cold items, with the standout being the fresh bread that was simply delicious.

All was perfect during our stay at this hotel.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of the Old Town although it was not noisy at night. Public transport connections were very close by, including the railway from Chur to Arosa which runs through an adjoining street.

It was basic, just rooms and the restaurant. (The basement bar was only open selected evenings Fri/Sat). I would consider it to be more like a guest house than a hotel. I would therefore not recommend it to someone who may be looking for a hotel with a range of facilities.

All in all - had a wonderful 1 night stay. The staff were excellent and efficient and the location was the best in the heart of the old town. It was really close to Malteser Thai Haus, where you can have dinner.
